The Gobbler Giveaway

The Exeter Ministerial Association is gathering the local body of Christ to serve 175 families in our community with all the fixings for a complete Thanksgiving feast.

The purpose of the Exeter Ministerial Association is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ by promoting unity and fellowship among believers in Him through cooperative worship, community events, and service opportunities in and around the City of Exeter.

Each church is collecting the following various items to include in each box:

  • A Turkey
  • 2x Boxes of Stuffing Mix
  • 3x Cans of Green Beans
  • A Can of Cranberry Sauce
  • A Box of instant potatoes
  • A Can of Yams
  • A Box of Cornbread mix
  • 2x Pack of Gravy
  • Dinner Rolls

We will hand these boxes out after our Annual Community Thanksgiving Celebration and Worship Service. This year, the service will be bilingual and translated into Spanish from English. It will be held on November 26th at 6 p.m. at the Church of Christ.

I understand that the services provided are made possible due to a partnership between all the Exeter Ministerial Association Churches. This is a communal effort by the community of faith here in Exeter. Due to this, I agree to allow my information on this form to be shared with the Exeter Ministerial Association.

I agree to pick up my food items on November 25th at the appropriate time and place mentioned above.

I agree to allow the Exeter Ministerial Association to contact me a week before this date to confirm that I will be there to pick up the food.

I acknowledge if I do not pick up my food or make other arrangements to have my food picked up it will be given to a local food pantry.
